Allianz China Insurance Holding Company Ltd. is the first-ever 100% foreign-owned insurance holding company in China, established in November 2019. Allianz China Holding aims to become a popular and trusted foreign provider in offering all-round solutions to both individual and institutional clients across the areas of insurance, wealth management and related services. The company is dedicated to focus on the sustainable market growth and explore opportunities for further development by promoting synergies, cross selling and integrated offering among all Allianz China entities and business lines. As of the end of 2023, Allianz China Holding has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Allianz China Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Allianz Insurance Asset Management Company Ltd.

Allianz China Life Insurance Company Limited (Allianz China Life) was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is the first life insurer in China to develop from a Sino-foreign joint venture to a wholly foreign-owned company.
As the life insurance arm and the largest entity of Allianz Group in China, we have been deeply committed to China's mid-to-high-end market for decades, leveraging over 130 years of experience in insurance and risk management of Allianz Group and its world leading brand strength. Guided by our purpose "We secure your future", we provide Chinese customers with comprehensive and professional life insurance solutions through our agency, bancassurance, alternative and digital distribution channels.
Today we operate 11 provincial branches in Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shandong, Qingdao, Hubei and Ningbo, with our footprint spanning around 40 cities.

Allianz Jingdong General Insurance Company Ltd. (Allianz JD) is a joint venture between JINGDONG and Allianz, which is one of the world's leading financial service groups. Relying on JINGDONG's rich resources and powerful digital capabilities, and combining with Allianz's 133+ years of risk management experience, Allianz JD provides E-commerce insurance, accident insurance, health insurance and motor insurance for enterprises and individuals. Allianz JD is committed to becoming the most reliable insurance service provider.
In 2023, the insurance premium of Allianz JD exceeded RMB 5.6 billion, and continued to maintain rapid growth. At present, Allianz JD has established branches and offices in Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Sichuan and Shenzhen. In April, 2023, the internationally renowned credit-rating agency Fitch Ratings, entitled Allianz JD with "A﹣" IFS rating for the second year in a row.
