With over 30 years in financial services, she has held leadership roles in the UK, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, including as the first female CEO of AIA Bhd. and President of the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia.
 

Anand Shetty is the Vice President, Business Area South East Asia (BASEA) at Novo Nordisk, based in Singapore. With over three decades of industry experience, Anand Shetty has held multiple leader-ship roles in Novo Nordisk across South and Southeast Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Olivier Klein is the Chief Technologist for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Asia-Pacific, with over 20 years of experience shaping technology strategy across APAC, and Europe. He collaborates with AWS clients to leverage AI, machine learning, and secure architectures, driving innovation, and operational excellence.

Jason Zhang, Senior Vice President for China, South Korea, and Taiwan Markets at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), brings over 27 years of experience in the life insurance and reinsurance industry across six countries on three continents. He has held diverse actuarial, and leadership roles, with expertise spanning product development, marketing, investment, finance, capital, and risk management.

George Kesselman, President, and Founder of Insurtech Asia Association, is a seasoned insurance, and fintech leader with a decade of experience driving innovation in Asia. As Managing Director of Willow Ventures, he focuses on strategic distribution partnerships, M&A, and growth initiatives for private equity firms, and insurance organizations. An Operating Partner with brokers, and intermediaries, George specialises in digital distribution, and transformation.

Chandran Nair is the Founder of the Global Institute For Tomorrow (GIFT), a pan-Asian think tank focused on leadership development, sustainability, and navigating global complexities. With extensive expertise in consulting, policy, and climate change, he advises governments and multinational corporations on sustainable business models and operations.

Scott Montgomery, Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of i-screen, leads Australia's and New Zealand's largest direct-to-consumer pathology platform, which has processed over 1 million lab tests, serves 140,000+ active users, and partners with ~4,000 practitioners across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Carl Wu is the Co-Founder, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of New Frontier Group, leading its development into an integrated healthcare, and life sciences company in China. With 33 hospitals, and over 200 outpatient, and home health centers, New Frontier serves 15 million patients annually across 80 cities. Carl also serves as CEO of New Frontier Health, and Executive Chairman of multiple NF subsidiaries.
