Vojtěch Pivný is the Regional Chief Financial Officer for Allianz Asia Pacific, where he provides strategic financial leadership to support Allianz's ambitious growth plans in the region. His role is pivotal in driving long-term performance and value creation, overseeing all aspects of the finance division, including business reporting, actuarial services, finance, risk management, and tax. Vojtěch also spearheads the organization's Corporate Development agenda for Asia Pacific.

Vojtěch joined Allianz in 2009 and boasts over 10 years of experience in risk, including a stint as the Regional Chief Risk Officer and Head of Asset-Liability Management at Allianz Benelux SA. Vojtěch's career has seen him in multiple Management and Supervisory Board roles, and he held key roles across finance, capital management, and risk.

Vojtěch also oversaw asset management, pension fund business, and financial advisory/broker business, gaining a profound understanding of the core financial aspects of the Allianz business model. Vojtěch most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Allianz Poland, where he played a crucial role in leading one of the most significant integrations in the market.

As regional CFO, Vojtěch leverages his extensive global experience in finance transformation to lead Allianz Asia Pacific’s financial strategy and operations, contributing to the region’s continued growth and success.

Vojtěch holds master's degrees in Corporate Economics and Financial Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business, and Business Administration from the Czech University of Life Sciences.

Kim Leng is the Regional Chief Operating Officer for Allianz Asia Pacific, where he drives the regional IT and operations strategy and oversees the governance and oversight of the Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance entities. Additionally, he leads the Protection & Resilience function within the region.

As a key member of the company’s Regional Executive Board, Kim Leng plays a crucial role in setting and executing Allianz’s ambitious growth strategy in Asia.

With over 30 years of distinguished experience in financial services, Kim Leng has been at the forefront of driving transformation and implementing cutting-edge, digital-led, customer-centric programs and operations. Prior to joining Allianz, he served as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad from 2016 to 2022. He was also the Chief Technology Officer at AIA Malaysia from 2012 to 2016 and spent 13 impactful years at ING Malaysia, culminating in his role as Chief Information Officer.

Kim Leng holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing Science) degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Commerce (Information Systems) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. He also earned an Executive MBA from PHW Business School, Switzerland. His extensive expertise and visionary leadership continue to propel Allianz Asia Pacific to new heights.

As the Regional Chief Health Officer, Allianz Asia Pacific, Amit Agarwal reports directly to the Regional CEO and is responsible for further driving the strategic direction, innovation, and profitability of Allianz’s health business across the region.

Amit joins Allianz Asia Pacific with a wealth of experience in health and insurance, having spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm’s Health Insurance service line in Asia Pacific. His expertise spans health insurance growth strategy, provider network management, digital health, and business transformation. Over the years, he has worked with top multinational insurers and healthcare organizations, shaping innovative health propositions, and driving operational excellence.

Amit is accountable for the regional health results and oversee the entire value chain - from product development to claims management and cost containment - ensuring Allianz Asia Pacific remains at the forefront of customer-centric, value-based health solutions.  He works closely with Allianz Digital Health and the health business units in the Asian Operating Entities to enhance efficiency and expertise. He also focuses on upskilling leadership teams to strengthen the region’s health expertise.

Amit holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a BBA from the University of Michigan. He is based in Singapore.

With over 15 years at Allianz, Milena has established herself as an exceptional People & Culture leader across international markets. Her impressive career spans senior positions in Switzerland, Germany, the United States, and now Asia, demonstrating remarkable versatility and global business acumen.

Most recently serving as Global Head of People Transformation and prior as Global Head of Rewards & Performance at Allianz Commercial, Milena has successfully led critical initiatives to harmonize rewards frameworks and redesign organizational structures to support business transformation. 

Her extensive experience, global mindset and implementation expertise are instrumental in driving our Pinnacle ambition and key strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and resilience across the region.
