In just a few weeks, Lay Beng will swap boardrooms for the swimming pool as she represents Allianz Asia Pacific in the Women's 50m Freestyle.
For her, qualifying for Allianz Sports is both an honour and an exciting personal challenge.

As Team Captain, Michael has been coordinating athlete nominations, supporting participants throughout their preparations and ensuring Team Singapore is ready for Paris.
But Michael won't just be cheering from the sidelines.
He'll also be representing Singapore in one of athletics' most iconic events - the Men's 100m Sprint.
Balancing the responsibilities of Team Captain while preparing for his own race reflects the very spirit of Allianz Sports: leading by example, supporting others and embracing every challenge with determination.
