Johanna Scheller has been appointed Regional Chief for Property & Casualty (P&C) Officer at Allianz Asia Pacific, effective July 21, 2025. As part of the Allianz Asia Pacific Management Board, Johanna will lead and oversee the strategic direction of our P&C business, focusing on innovation, profitability, and growth across all aspects of the value chain.
Johanna brings a wealth of experience from her time within the Allianz Group, particularly in underwriting, governance, and strategy. She recently led the CEO Office of Allianz Commercial, where she played a key role in driving strategic priorities and enhancing global underwriting governance. Before this, Johanna held leadership positions in underwriting integrity and risk governance, collaborating closely with Chief Risk Officers across Europe on Group-level initiatives.
Johanna will guide and enhance our regional P&C strategy and technical excellence, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Her focus will be on fostering a customer-centric and value-based approach throughout the P&C business and its services.
